PCR Thermal Cycler by Arise Biotech-owned Company was awarded Taiwan Excellence 2019
The parent company of Blue-Ray Biotech, Arise Biotech Corporation, is a provider of innovative and high-quality equipment of life science, a developer and a manufacturer of reagents and medical consumables. It announced that TurboCycler 2, a PCR thermal cycler produced by Blue-Ray Biotech won the 28th Taiwan Excellence Award in 2019, dubbed the Academy Award of Taiwan products, due to its optimized design featuring accurate high heating ramp rate, remote monitoring via APP and a user-friendly graphic UI.

Precise temperature control is essential to a PCR thermal cycler. With the same power consumption, TurboCycler 2 PCR thermal cycler has a fast heating ramp rate up to 5.5°C/sec that can greatly improve the success rate and efficiency of processing by being 13% to 30% faster than its counterparts. Furthermore, to meet the market requirement for IoT UI optimization, Blue-Ray Biotech’s in-house R&D team has developed a Wi-Fi module and TurboAPP that enable users to monitor the working status of TurboCycler 2 anytime via mobile devices with its convenient and flexible design.
