Blue-Ray Biotech Won 2020 Taiwan Excellence Again! EzScrope 101, an Innovative Real-time Live Cell Imaging System by Arise Biotech
At the 2020 Taiwan Excellence Award ceremony held yesterday (on November 25th), two innovative products by Blue-Ray Biotech, an Arise Biotech-owned company, received the award. One of them is EzScope 101, a live cell imaging system designed to meet the essential needs of live cell observation inside the incubator. EzScope 101 is fitted with a delicate microscope system that allows prolonged stable monitoring of the interaction between and dynamic changes in live cells at specific humidity and temperature. Third-party software is adopted for the analysis and calculation of high definition image to build a ground-breaking next-generation microscope system.
James Lo, General Manager of Arise Biotech, pointed out that: “External interference and operational error are the pain points of the application of cell observation. EzScope 101 is a delicate model equipped with a unique microscope designed to be used inside the incubator for live view or time-lapse video output of up to 4 units of sample with walk-away convenience so that lab professionals don’t have to stay for prolonged observation. The software can meet various needs for live cell observation by allowing image labeling or calculations of cell coverage and migration."
